This year, our Valentine’s Day initiative focused on delivering plush bunnies to cancer patients in local Michigan hospitals. Each bunny was carefully chosen to provide comfort during long treatment sessions and hospital stays.
Why plush bunnies?
- 🐰 Softness brings comfort during physically and emotionally challenging moments.
- 💗 A keepsake of support reminds patients they are not alone.
- 🌷 A symbol of hope and renewal, especially meaningful during the winter months in Michigan.
What may seem like a small gift often becomes something much more. Patients told us they kept their bunny by their side during treatments, held it during difficult moments, or gave it to a child visiting them for reassurance.
We are grateful to support the research taking place within our local Michigan hospitals. To be a part of special days like this, where we get to deliver heartfelt gifts and say hello, means so much to us, too!

Together, we were able to deliver hundreds of plush bunnies to patients actively undergoing treatment, personally connect with hospital staff and share encouragement, remind patients that their community stands with them.
